Turkish Mosaic Lamp FAQs

Common questions about Turkish mosaic lamps — bulbs, shipping, care, returns and more. Still need help? Contact us.

Do Turkish mosaic lamps come with a bulb?

Yes — every Mosaic Age lamp arrives complete with a compatible warm LED bulb included and is ready to use straight out of the box. Standard screw-in replacements are available in our bulbs and parts collection.

Is the glass real?

Yes. Every shade is genuine hand-cut colored mosaic glass set into a metal frame — never plastic or printed film. Because it's assembled by hand, no two lamps are identical.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship within the United States. Orders typically dispatch in 1–2 business days, with delivery in about 2–5 days.

Can I return a lamp?

Yes. Returns are accepted; items are inspected on receipt and refunds are issued to the original payment method. See our refund policy for details.

Do the lamps get hot?

With the included warm LED bulb, a mosaic lamp stays cool to gently warm — LEDs give off very little heat, so the glass and frame don't get hot the way an old incandescent could.

Are the lamps dimmable?

The warm LED bulb included with the lamp is not dimmable; the lamp gives a soft, ambient glow on its own. A compatible dimmable screw-in bulb with a lamp dimmer can be fitted if you prefer.

How do I clean my lamp?

Dust it gently with a soft, dry cloth or brush while it's off and cool — never soak it. See our cleaning guide for the full routine.

Are they safe to leave on?

The lamps use a corded electric setup with an on/off switch and a cool-running LED bulb. Use sensible everyday-electrical care: a good outlet, tidy cords, and switch off when you're away for long periods.
